In 2011, the Northern Mid-Atlantic Solar Education and Resource Center started to co-offer preparatory course materials supporting the Roof Integrated Solar Energy Certified Solar Roofing Professional program that has been jointly developed by the National Roofing Contractors Association and the Center for Environmental Innovation in Roofing.
